hanging by a thread...

...a dying tulip

sometimes i just don't have the heart - to throw 'em out - even though they're clearly done in - yet when you see the beauty of them like this - don't they deserve a 2nd chance? - i think so - i almost believe in these final moments - tulips can capture more beautiful structure - than when we see them all lovely and vibrant - it's just that now they're - a bit more abstract; obscure - one must go that extra mile to try and see - what the tulip has to offer us humans - then bring forth the inevitable joy to - share with others - therein lies that 2nd chance if we're willing - to take the step

fortunately for me, my little tulip - had the wonderful offering of a tiny hint of pink - still visible on its petals - which made my decision to give it - a 2nd chance a glorious one and now - contributes to the makings of...
