A very Fortunate Guy!

I couldn't miss that one!...
It was the end of the Tattoo Festival outside a mall called Fortune Town. Apparently, some official photographers wanted to create a memory of the event. And, as I happened to pass by, I quickly squeezed in and took this blip!
Just my usual sense of humor...and I am still laughing at that!
