Morning Run

WEDNESDAY

I was working from home today, so I took the opportunity to have a quick run this morning. Rather than run hard over 5km I concentrated on running hard on the hilly segments and managed two PBs.

Ran the 3.6 km in 18:48

A poor day weather wise. Worked until 6:30 pm. Had dinner and then went for a short walk to get 10,000 steps in.
