Bend Me, Shape Me

Tommy needed a shower, he was smelling 'doggy' so I stuck him in before we went for a walk, to allow him to dry naturally.   Archie likes to sit and watch.  And laugh.  

I went back to the gym today, to a Yoga workshop.  I think I'll try to get in to it more in the next few months, I hear it can be beneficial.  I've always leant more towards the livelier classes and have never really tried yoga properly.   The instructor was lovely, lively, approachable, not too 'lentils'.  She explained lots of things, talked us through it all and explained how powerful it can be.   At the end, we formed a small circle, held hands and closed our eyes while the teacher talked us through it.  I peeped and saw that the woman opposite me was crying.   I have to admit that I got a little emotional too.  I'm converted!  

Its another scorcher, in the afternoon I took to the sun lounger with the Sunday papers.  Perfect.
