Cold Sunday

Well it's Sunday and I suppose it could have been worse I could have been asked to go to Dundee for the Celtic match but thankfully I wasn't. My daughter (Gayle) called me instead as she is looking to change her car and would I go round looking with her. So that was my good deed for the day but it's pretty cold walking around these car sales rooms with pests keep asking if they can help you. The only thing worse than a second hand car salesman is an insurance salesman. We headed to the East of Glasgow to discover that the car we saw online was held in a compound and if we put down a deposit of £100 they would phone us when it was there and we could go back and have a look. At this point I went to the toilet to wash my face cause I thought I had MUG written on my forehead. We drove back down to Phoenix at Linwood and wandered round there looking at cars we had looked at over a week ago. She had seen this Chevy, which she fancied, and it was still there. We got the keys had a good look and did the deal and home for a hot cuppa coffee. Heating on happy now and today's blip is of Gayle's new car, which she is getting tomorrow night. Happiness Is!!
