Batch cook

Today my eldest daughter came home having spent the weekend with her friend so we went shopping and then did a batch cook of meals for the freezer ready for when we go back to work next week. Can't believe we're going into our last half-term of the school year it doesn't seem five minutes since we went back in September and here we are nearly ready to say 'Good-bye' to my little ones leaving me on their journey up into ' Big School'.
