Indigo Sky

View from our top terrace in Barcelona at nearly 10 pm local time. It reminds me, in way, of Cairo at night and, in another way, of the glittering hillsides that illuminate 'el camino' from the sea level airport of Caracas to its high-altitude city centre. What a joy that ride was, taken so many times in the dead of night at the beginning of this century, even with the threat that bandits would stop the car in search of swag!
