Poppy

Had a great walk with my friend this morning.  We left early in case the day became very hot!  Through the graveyard on to Relish our coffee stopover!  There we met a Retired vicar whom my friend knows quite well and started talking about the ghosts around this area.  I knew about some as I used to teach a brother and sister who lived in a haunted house, but he told us about many more!

We carried on our walk and went up a path we had never used before - there are loads of footpaths around this area  - and arrived at Cox Green Rd where we were at last able to walk through.  The Council? has had the entrance to the quarry blocked making the road safer. Again we took a new path which went over where the old tip used to be and there are lots of ventilation poles to allow the gases from the old tip to dissipate safely.  On our way down from there we met a lady and started talking and found out more about the area.

Digital group just two of us and then Ro arrived back!!!  He has made dinner so I'm off to eat!!
