the plan today was to go to a garden centre with my parents.  We got halfway there and then the heavens opened and there was a massive thunderstorm so we aborted our trip and headed home!  And the rain and storm continued to hang around for a good few more hours and we've since learnt that the route to the garden centre ended up being flooded and shut so think we made the right decision!

This is one of the houses i snapped on the way home, in Leigh on Sea and definitely one of my favourite looking houses on the route home! Quite unusual for the area!
