Nice weather for ducks

Although I doubt that even ducks would enjoy tonights rain.   It rained for most of yesterday.  Fortunately it eased off in the evening so we didn't get wet going out for dinner.  Today was very hot and humid.  We walked to our local shop's, it started to drizzle, by the time we were walking back it had got a bit heavier.  As we were almost home the rain became torrential, not even my umbrella kept me dry.  We stopped to pick up our laundy and the rain stopped.  This afternoon/early evening we went for a swim, just as we were getting out the rain started.  By the time we had dried off a bit and headed for the foyer door it was again torrential and it is showing no sign of stopping.  Fortunately we had already planned to stay home.
