Cornus Capitata

The Mountain Moon dogwood is in full bloom out front. It's a much bigger tree than I imagined for the space, and it pretty much glows in the dark with those radiant flowers. 

We had a nice walk up the coast at Wilder Ranch State Park--two and a half miles along the bluffs, beautiful clear sky with the offshore fogbank lurking around us, birds, seals, colorful wildflowers. I'm back up to 10,000 steps a day, so my toe is doing fine, but I think my virus/allergy/whatever has doubled back and snuck in again, clogging up the works. I am so ready to breathe clearly!
