Sausage-farce!

In fact the whole day has been pretty farcical. I took two tumbles in the hills this morning and managed to badly strain some muscles in one arm.

Came home to stuff sausages to find a small but vital piece of kit was missing - well done Amazon prime same day delivery!

Went to the gym for a swim - couldn’t because of my pulled muscles. Came home and waited for delivery which arrived at 8pm.

Ran out of sausage casing for my last batch and then proceeded to split some of the skins on these other babies as I ‘linked’ them - think I’d overstuffed them.

Not my finest day but at least the weather was amazing!
