Cotton grass

Cotton Grass, Eriophorum angustifolium, is looking wonderful on the moor at the moment.

Went to Manchester to take Miss H and G out for her birthday. Two weeks late but I was away for the actual day, so this was out first chance when the 4of us could get together. Lovely meal sat in Sunshine - can’t be beaten.

Waited till it cooled down a bit this evening to take Reggie out on the moor. Was a perfect evening for a walk up there.
