An old favourite

Another bike ride for a change because I was awake early enough not to intrude too much on the day, the weather was fine and the views are glorious. More nettles though - to be expected.

I took in Manningtree, the river Stour towards Flatford, Dedham as seen above and its Heath before returning home.
