Too good to be forgotten

Well if Blip decides to ban me for this, then do be it.
I can’t let this day go by without putting this on.
The young, blond haired man in the front of the picture, celebrating with his team mates in an open top bus, is Neale Cooper. A legend up these parts. One of only a few football players in Scotland to have two European Football medals in his possession.
The same select band of players to have been part of the only team for this country, and England, to have beaten Real Madrid in a knockout Euro Final.
Sadly, at the age of only 54, he passed away today. We all mourn him. A true Local hero.
