Messing about in a boat

Lots of activity in the last few days on the Pole Star Pier, we can watch this from our windows.  The weather is glorious.
A large cylinder was delivered (on an extra) to the pier and secured to the barge gantry that is moored there temporally.  A small crowd of engineers/colleagues came to watch the proceedings and to film it.
