Vert loisirs choix

We had an interesting day over at the house that will eventually become our new home.  Electrician, plumber, choices.  We had planned to do some gardening in the afternoon, but it rained, so we went to look at ride on mowers, as the new garden is three quarters of an acre.  We are a bit bamboozled by choice, but price will be the ultimate arbiter.  Why do shops always try to sell you something more (and therefore more expensive) than what you really need?
