Garden key

Hurt this morning. Knees and thigh muscles. Why did we buy a flat with so many stairs. Had another guy round to look at sanding the floor. Tidied up after last night and then made some beer. Seems I have managed to loose the garden key somehow so we had to go over to the solicitors who look after the garden and get another one. Spent the rest of the day sorting stuff out ready for next weekend and J cooked a chilli and curry for Arron as well. Going down to Portie so J can get a swim in later this evening when the tide has gone out and people have left the beach. 
Did manage to setup my Justgiving page for my run in two weeks time. Now the marathon is out of the way the next race is an 8 hour run called Runstock. I’m hoping to complete at least 50K and each obstacle once and raising money for Brain Tumour Research and Macmillan Cancer Support.
