Rascal again!
What a wonderful day for a walk. Bright sun, blue skies, and a temperature around 40 degrees. That's not exactly a heat wave, but we've been in the deep freeze for so long, it felt like one. Bob, Gulliver, and I wandered along the trails. Bob dropping corn kernals for the deer and me blipping their pictures.
We had nearly reached the end of the trail when we ran into Rascal, the little deer I blipped last week. He was in the midst of a small herd of 8-10 deer, and I focused on him while he focused on the corn kernals. He came closer and closer and didn't stop until he was less than three feet from the crazy blipper. I'd say we both came away happy. He got the golden delicious corn kernals he wanted, and I got the closeup I wanted.
