Warm and sunny

C is still sick & have no energy. His blood pressure is 112/67, when it usually is in the region of 165/95 , so he'll take one less tablet tonight and see if he feels better in the morning.

The plan was to have a braai, but as the braaier was feeling under the weather everything went into a oven ( we do not have a cooker/stove, only 2 convection microwaves, a hallogen oven and 2 induction plates, therefore the "in a oven" rather than "in the oven")
