A Coiled Spring

Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

After a very long walk with Murohy this morning, I decided to put my feet up to rest as much as possible before the run tomorrow. Annoyingly, I struggled to settle. I had that sense of having something to do, but not being able to do it yet. When I am in this mode, The Prince describes me as ‘busy upstairs’!

In the evening, one of The Mini Princesses realised that Britain’s Got Talent was on. I should have put it on earlier. It’s very easy to zone out when Simon Cowell is on tv.
