driving in my car...

...and the heavens opened on a cold day and the hail came down!
Not something you see every day in this neck of the woods and it was settling in mini drifts in the shopping centre car park and on windscreens.

Junior, A and I out on a quick forage for a comfort day with fire lit and dvds lined up and a few essentials (ice cream and cupcake mix) missing.
Chose not the best moment but thankfully not as powerful as a hailstorm a few years ago which came down in golf ball size 'stones' turning vehicles out in the open into dimpled disasters.
