Sharing the Duckling Joy

I had some of my family up for a BBQ at our place (2 of my 5 siblings couldn't make it :( ). It was 90 degrees and humid, but we made it work! Slip n' slide for the children, corn holing, lots of food, and of course, a pile of ducklings! Left photo is my niece Anne, nephew Jimmy, and nephew Owen (big one!) attempting to pose with the ducklings. Wrangling children on their own or ducklings on their own is trying enough, forget about it with both!
On the right is my nephew Owen duck whispering - he got one of the littles to fall asleep in his hands, so precious!
Anyway, fantastic day besides a little mishap that will be taking up some of my time ... I will explain in my next blip! <3
