A Pigeon in A Hawthorn Tree

I did a lot of gardening in the back garden today.  As I finished I noticed that a wood pigeon was sitting on a nest in our beautiful tree.  They obviously don't mind a bit of company, as my son and 3 friends had sat under the tree all yesterday afternoon playing cards. So there you go.  The incubation period should be about 17 days, and the pair will be sitting on 2 eggs.
