The cousins have been fantastic company - double the children made for less work than usual as they all entertained one another so fantastically.

It was a good job childcare was easy as I’ve reached the point in pregnancy where sleep is brief, loo trips are hourly through the night and the brain is annoyingly alert in the witching hours. When Zeke came in just before 7, he was surprised to find me chatty and responsive (though not particularly chuffed about my wakefulness) - he normally has to work hard to get my attention early doors.
