Another Thirtieth Burpday
It hardly seems a year since we celebrated the last of our daughter’s thirtieth burpdays . . .
This year she decided that she would like to have a carry-out at their place, and a great choice it was too. Thai Curries from one take-away and Chinese from another. Not a grain of rice was left.
Her brother’s idea of a good birthday pressy for his sister was a set of ‘upside down glasses’. Possibly a good choice as Pam made a great effort of drinking her wine from one of them.
Mrs W made Pam’s cake, but Pam managed to blow the candles out just before I my telephone decided to take the photo – hence the smoke . . .
ps - just realised this is (was) Saturday, so an apt blip for SilS86
