Chinese dumplings

We went to a fantastic dumpling-making class today, led by The Dumpling Muse in Isleworth. We learnt to make four types of Chinese dumplings, of which this was probably the easiest, as the others were sealed dumplings. It was great fun, and we plan to make them at home soon.
