Check mate!

Up and out this am for cricket and ballet - T and I did an activity each which worked well!

When we got home C’s brand new and much anticipated chess set had arrived. He was so excited and we all played many games both inside and out. The weather got warmer and warmer and we finished up with bike rides around to visit our old neighbour Marina’s new house before tea.

I had run out of lemon or lime for my G&T tonight so tried some cucumber and strawberries instead - it worked a treat!
