Ross Fountain

A Morning ride out to Aberlady. Bit of a cold wind. And I think they ran out of blue for the sky. Wind assisted coming back, but a shortish ride of a little over 65km as I am meeting my partner for lunch. Details of the ride on Relive here.

I meet my partner in town for lunch. The sun has come out now, and the sky is blue, but the wind is still very strong.

After lunch we get the bus to Corstorphine to see what the charity shops are like there. Unfortunately, most of the charity shops are on the shady side of the street.

At the end of the row of shops is Mimi's Bakehouse. They have some lovely cakes that look and taste home made, nothing like the mass produced cakes found in other cafés.

After coffee, we get the bus  back in to Edinburgh, then get the bus home. While waiting for the bus, I take my blip of construction work on the Ross Fountain.

Quiet evening getting stuff ready for the one day of work this week. Did a bit of photo editing before bed.
