Playing with shadows, or maybe shadows playing over me. Lying on the kitchen tiles in the morning sunlight.
Some years ago, I discovered something called Cardiac Coherence. It's a great way of reducing stress, becoming centred and feeling good.
The following excerpt explains the benefits of this breathing exercise:

"Coherence is the term used by scientists to describe a state of high psychological efficiency in which the nervous, cardiovascular, endocrine and immune systems are working efficiently and in harmony. Coherence is the basis of optimum performance and health in the human being."
