WHO'S THE SILLY ONE?

..........the Redback Spider or the residents of the apartment block where we live?  This is definitely a suitable candidate for today's Silly Challenge hosted by admirer - and many thanks to her for doing so.
The Redback is right outside the lift and MrD suggested the spider is waiting for the lift!!  Oh no!  MrD thought the Redback was dead - that is certainly not the case.  There is an egg sack above her.  I'm not sure it will be here in twenty four hours even though it's been insitu for nearly a fortnight.  

The extra was taken at 10am from the balcony.  We are having beautiful rain but the wind is unpleasant.
