Munnitag

The title means "Munni Day"

5 years ago this small & very loud bundle of whiskers & love came to stay with us.  

Most of you know she gets her name from a Bollywood song that we heard on the way to the Tierheim (animal rescue home) where we first saw her.  Munni was called Sonia and we reckoned that Munni was a much better name for a beautiful little cat.

She is as wonderful today as she was then.

And today also marks 8 years for G & I.  In 2010, I turned up here to meet G unaware that Great Life Changes were about to be initiated.

G is as wonderful today as she was then too.  I should tell her that more often.

I did, however, buy a bottle of special bubbles for us to enjoy later.  Munni could have a glass if she wanted but she does prefer water from the tap or stolen from a glass.

The sun is shining, it will be warm on the terrace when we're out drinking our champagne and marvelling at the fact that G & Munni have put up with me for so long.
