Charlotte’s school had an explorer and adventurer day today. Most of the school just had to dress up but year 5 and 6 were given the name of a less well known explorer. They had to do a bit of research and dress up in the style.

Beryl Markham was the first female pilot to fly solo and non stop across the Atlantic from east to west.
