The Norfolk Cottage.

We had decided to leave Home at 5:00 am this morning but our resolve weakened for two reasons. a) mr Tbay has a stinking cold and b) I didn’t want to! So we compromised and left at 8:30!

A good run saw us in Kings Lynn by 12:30, just in time for lunch. We found a delightful little pub called the Crown and Mitre where we enjoyed views of the river whilst eating. I then left Mr Tbay for a nice snooze in the car whilst I wandered in the shops.

By 3:00pm we were on our way to Lyng where our cottage is. We were glad to arrive! A super cottage incredibly well equipped too. Unpacked and flopped with a nice cup of tea! Just cooked bacon and eggs for supper, watching a bit of tv and then heading for bed. Mmmmm!
