Early start but several meetings today really cheered me up - not so much because of the content but because I felt I was on form, was helping people see a way through, guiding and supporting them. Good to remind myself sometimes why I enjoy this job
Ran across town to an AGM (where I was the youngest person in the audience by probably a decade!) with a spectacular view across the city and the Firth of Forth to Fife, then another run over to meet VickyG for a quick but tasty curry before Eugene Onegin opera (extra). Fabulous production - a live horse, naked bathing scene and ballet dancer added to spectacle! Late home but a good day
