Plain Fayre

We are lucky to have a fishmonger nearby . There are not many left in Liverpool. He has followed his father and grandfather before that and is now aged 70 and could have retired. But he loves his fish, and is under no great pressure since he owns the shop and just buys what he considers to be good, fresh, and in season . Sadly, his sons will not be following him into the family business.
