Nectaroscordum
We used to have a few of these in the garden, but they were hard to place with other flowers so we took them out, but missed this one. They're very odd flowers which appear on the end of a long stem that can't support the weight of the flower head, so it falls over and twists about sinuously doing its best to hold itself up. Probably we'll lose track of this one once it has finished flowering, and it'll get left in again, to come back next year.
