Slow drive to a conference!

Today I set off for the Autumn conference of the British Goat Society. It was hosted by the club of which I am chairman (person?) so of course I wanted to be early. This proved to be difficult when I saw the snow on the fells - I couldn't resist stopping to take a few photos. It was the same on theway back when the light was wonderful.
Unfortunately I only had my tiny camera with me as I don't take the 'proper'one when I expect to have my mind on other things.
The Northern England Goat Club is 70 years old this year so of course we had a birthday cake. I had taken the tiny camera to take a photo of the cake...but instead you have the snow covered fells.
