Back home to Derbyshire today and Mum had bought me some lovely daffs. Good weekend househunting but now the stress really starts as we have found one we want. So now really need our sale to go through and them to accept an offer and banks, solicitors and estate agents to all do what we are paying them for - what do you think are the chances?

Have back blipped for the last couple of days so am up to date.
