The Potomac River - Great Falls, Virginia

This is the Potomac River as it winds through Great Falls in Northern Virginia. The water is unusually high due to the runoff from Hurricane Sandy. I stayed at the park for about 2 hours this morning and took tons of pictures. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized some dust had gotten inside the camera right after I got to the park and most of my pictures had unwanted dots all over the place. This picture is straight out of the camera minus a couple of dozen touch ups to get rid of the dust evidence...
