Viraemia

Hot, then cold, then hot again
Legs like jelly and pounding sinuses
Don't care what I look like.

Try to read a book, but a couple of pages in and I'm so sleepy.
The man and the daughter nip into town to buy nice stuff for the weekend
So I sleep.

I waken up and the cats are sleeping too.
The light is nice, so I blip
Quickly.

The man and the daughter arrive home with lunch
They give me carrot juice
First time in my life - ever.

Apparently it is full of vitamin C
but it is totally disgusting
I reckon oranges have vitamin C too.

New Laibach album made me smile but
now pyrexic again
so off to deal with that.
