Our trolleys are all numbered and inspected.  However that didn't stop this one from behaving like cheese all of a sudden today...could have been quite nasty if it had fallen apart somewhere else, but at least it was a slow failure and my colleagues were just around the corner and able to assist.  Very timely after yesterday's training.
