Taking in the sights, sounds and smells of Africa is hard to do - all are so different.

I wanted to blip as nearly typical view as I could on my last day here in Malawi - or at least an image that would come to mind when I thought of this buzzing , commercial city. This is it - one of the many townships which surround the centre with innumerable small roadside shops, bars, churches, garages, furniture makers, wood dealers, mobile phone sellers, butchers, general stores, take aways.....in fact everything and people everywhere amongst them whilst above there is always a huge sky.
