A tranquil end to the day

I popped into work for a bit but restricted myself to light duties as we were back to a full staffing complement. So I returned for lunch and regaled myself with Brancaster mussels cooked with onion and parsley. These are the best mussels I know being large, local and full of flavour. Then followed a quick visit to the Nursing home and a pleasant walk home through the fading light.
