Blackcap

We had a successful trip out to the RSPB reserve at Burton Marshes today. There was plenty of activity but the birds were tricky to photograph amongst the reeds and trees. I did get several interesting shots but small warblers are difficult to positively identify.

My favourite shot today was this female blackcap eating caterpillars but I have also included one of the Great Spotted Woodpecker on a feeder.
