For the Record,
I have a crisper shot of his glorious eyelid, but decided to have some fun. I came across him in a very shady area, and there is no bright sun today anyway, just overcast with showers on the way.

All hands loving all the birdlife around us. It's uplifting to listen to their lovely songs during the chaos surrounding us in D.C.
