Crate training

I bought a crate today for our puppy. I’m hoping we have more luck with him than I did when I was crate training Cousteau! He wasn’t keen ... No doubt I did something wrong, that was usually the case! Poor Cousteau. I’ve read lots about crate training and am hoping I do it right this time.

Little Miss decided to try it out.

Nikau freaked me out this morning. While I was walking him in the garden, on lead, he managed to shimmy out of his harness. Luckily, he was as surprised as I was and let me scoop him up! I think he’ll be good to go at the weekend once he’s finished his jabs.

Nikau woke us up at 3:30 this morning. I’m praying he’ll sleep longer tomorrow!
