Fishery Patrol
We had coffee at the Inversnecky Cafe today, so a walk from Fittie along to the cafe and back was our exercise for the day. Quite cool again as usual, and very overcast. As we were about to leave the harbour we saw this ship leaving also. The ship is the “Minna”, a fishery patrol vessel. When I saw it first I thought it was a navy ship, but as it was devoid of any armament I thought it must be something else, but still with some sort of official function.
In the evening we had fish and chips at the hotel. It was reasonably quiet when we arrived, but then the bar was invaded by a wedding party. Unfortunately they were in the bar for quite a long time. We left about the same time as the wedding party were going through for the reception.
