Yellow-chevroned Parakeet

It was cold when I left home at 6:30 AM for my morning walk: just 10. C!!! Few people were walking or biking at that time. The Sun was rising, light was soft, I wouldn't have noticed this parakeet if he wasn't so noisy. Indeed there were 3 or 4 of them, but the others flew as soon as I pointed my camera to them. Just this guy stood there, time enough to get my blip!
