Lunch at VJB

Our good friends Anne and Harold arrived last night for a short visit. Having lunch at VJB seemed a perfect prelude to watching The Wedding again. And watching The Wedding with Anne, who is English, was definitely necessary. Unfortunately, I recorded the CNN version which didn't show enough shots of The Royals, so I didn't get as much commentary as I had hoped, especially since Anderson Cooper was a fish out of water....but we had a wonderful time.

My final pronouncement and my favorite things were the Rev Michael Curry and The Power of Love, the Givenchy gown and the Ascot Landau. A splendid occasion, flawlessly done....
